Incomplete data

With each delivery of video content (video clips, promos or programs) for one of the TV channels, we want to receive the following information clearly and correctly in the accompanying email:

• Name of the channel for which the video file is intended.
• Full clip or program title of the video content, and what kind of content it is (promotional video, music clip, live program, channel motion graphics,…).
• Other data that may be relevant. Such as artist name, social media details of the artist, episode number, event location

Only the file name is not sufficient, since it can easily deviate.

We would like to receive a new delivery with accompanying details. Even if this video content is delivered again because of other issues with the previous delivery, always send the complete data in the accompanying email. Just to prevent that delivered content is processed incorrectly.
