Possible broadcast restrictions

We cannot broadcast the submitted video due to any restrictions that may be placed on the video material or audio track (s) used. In the case of video clips from Belgian artists, we need confirmation that this is not / will not be registered with IMAGIA. In the case of clips from Dutch artists, we need official permission from the entitled owner of the image / sound material. For example, live registrations are not by definition the property of the artist, but of the party who has appropriated the registration.

If we can receive an official confirmation by email that we are allowed to broadcast the material and it is not registered with IMAGIA, we can ingest the video content for the TV channel.
